- Security and safety for residents and building.
- Registration of the services contractor, tenants, agents, owners and visitors.
- Rubbish removal at every level.
- Up-keep of rooftop and lighting arrestor
- Updating date on sub-sale cases
- Serviced road, drainage and pump sump
- Maintaining M&E system at common areas
- Central water supply and reticulation system
- Lifts, generator set and fire fighting system
- Land title matters, insurance coverage
- Central telephone, TV and Astro antenna
- Security Control Room and CCTV system
- Attending to meeting and defect complaints
- Manage accounting date, generating billing and receiving payment, updating payment record and issue payment to contractors.
