  • Security and safety for residents and building.
  • Registration of the services contractor, tenants, agents, owners and visitors.
  • Rubbish removal at every level.
  • Up-keep of rooftop and lighting arrestor
  • Updating date on sub-sale cases
  • Serviced road, drainage and pump sump
  • Maintaining M&E system at common areas
  • Central water supply and reticulation system
  • Lifts, generator set and fire fighting system
  • Land title matters, insurance coverage
  • Central telephone, TV and Astro antenna
  • Security Control Room and CCTV system
  • Attending to meeting and defect complaints
  • Manage accounting date, generating billing and receiving payment, updating payment record and issue payment to contractors.
